We’ll cover:
Key muscles and joints of the foot
Common dysfunctions (like plantar fasciitis, bunions, etc.)
How foot mechanics impact posture and balance
Simple, effective exercises to restore mobility and strength
Whether you stand all day, struggle with stiff feet, or just want to move better from the ground up, this workshop will help you reconnect with your feet—and everything above them.
