New to Pilates at Soma Lux?
Welcome to Soma Lux Pilates! We believe movement should be approachable, empowering, and joyful—and Pilates is for every body.
Step 1: Choose Your Intro Package
Our new client special includes three private sessions at a special rate. These one-on-one sessions introduce you to the equipment, build your foundation, and set you up for success whether you continue with private sessions, duos, or small group classes.
Step 2: Preparing for Group Classes
If you’re new to equipment Pilates, we require three private sessions before joining a group class. This ensures your safety, comfort, and the smooth flow of class.
Step 3: What to Expect
Wear comfortable workout clothing (without zippers or snaps) and bring grip socks if you prefer not to go barefoot. Before your first session, you’ll complete a short intake form so we can tailor your session to your needs and goals.
Step 4: Build Your Practice
The best results come with consistency. We recommend 1–3 sessions per week, with options for private training, duos, or small group classes.
Step 5: Join the Community
Beyond your sessions, Soma Lux offers workshops, events, and retreats that bring our community together. You’ll receive invitations to explore deeper learning, connection, and fun.
