You’re invited to join us for an online workshop on Sunday, May 31* to learn body-based tools to ground, stabilize, and manage stress. (Please note start time for your relevant time zone, as time listed above is CST.)
Sisters Mary Long, a Pilates & movement educator in Austin, and Liz Long, an energy worker & healer in Portland, will lead you in a one-hour workshop covering practical, body-based techniques for stress management. With their combined expertise in the body, mind, and spirit, they will guide you in breathing exercises & visualization methods that can calm the nervous system, stretching techniques to soothe the body, and accessible ways to tune into your inner voice. After the one-hour workshop, we will have time for Q&A. You will walk away with tools you can use on a daily basis to nurture peace in your body and mind.

It is important for us for this work to be accessible, so we are offering a sliding scale. The full cost of the class represents the true cost, and the other rates are discounted. If you are able to meet your basic expenses and have income left over, we kindly ask that you pay the full price. If this is not the case for you, we are happy to offer alternatives: please select an option on the sliding scale that feels right for your current needs.
